Hiring: Retail & CPG Presales Consultant – AI Solutions | IndiaWe are looking for an experienced Retail & CPG Presales Consultant to support AI-led solution selling, client discovery, proposal development, and business transformation opportunities for Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods clients.This is a client-facing presales role for someone who can translate business challenges into practical AI, analytics, automation, IT, KPO, BPO, and managed services solutions.Role: Retail & CPG Presales Consultant – AI Solutions Location: India Experience: 10+ years Background Required: Must have worked with System Integrators / IT Services / Consulting companiesWork Model: Hybrid / Remote, with flexibility for client meetings as neededKey Responsibilities:Support sales teams in Retail and CPG client pursuitsLead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client presentationsIdentify and shape AI use cases across Retail and CPG business functionsPrepare solution decks, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimates, and business casesWork with delivery, data, AI, cloud, automation, and offshore teams to design practical solutionsBuild reusable AI solution themes, industry use cases, and client-specific roadmapsSupport project-based, managed services, and transformation opportunitiesMust-Have Qualifications:10+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, consulting, or digital transformationPrior experience working with a System Integrator, IT services firm, or consulting organizationStrong Retail and/or CPG domain understandingExperience in solution selling, proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentationsAbility to identify AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven business use casesExperience working with global delivery models including onsite, offshore, and nearshore teamsStrong communication, business consulting, and executive presentation skillsPreferred Experience:AI / GenAI use case development for Retail or CPG clientsDemand forecasting, trade promotion optimization, inventory optimization, customer segmentation, personalization, supply chain analytics, store operations, or customer service automationExperience with cloud, data, analytics, automation, CRM, ERP, ecommerce, or managed services solutionsFamiliarity with POD-based delivery modelsExperience supporting project-based services, managed services, or transformation dealsIdeal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be business-oriented, client-facing, and comfortable working with sales and delivery teams.
