Head of Sales – CFD & Crypto Trading (CN Market) | Remote APAC

Marketing Panda is an Australian IT and staffing consultancy. We're hiring for one of our clients — a fast-growing Australian crypto and CFD trading platform expanding aggressively into the CN market.They need a senior sales leader who can hit the ground running. This is a KPI-driven role from day one — if you need a warm pipeline handed to you, this isn't it.The RoleYou'll own the full CN market sales function — acquiring new trading clients, building and managing IB (Introducing Broker) partnerships, and driving trading volume growth. You'll also be responsible for:Recruiting and developing IB networks and affiliate partnersRunning client onboarding end-to-end (KYC/AML compliant)Engaging prospects across WeChat, Red (Xiaohongshu), and industry eventsEducating clients on CFD, Forex, and Crypto products and trading platforms (MT4/MT5)Reporting on performance metrics and hitting revenue targetsYou Need:4–7 years in CFD/Forex brokerage, crypto sales, or IB developmentA proven track record — numbers, not just job titlesExperience generating your own leads (no spoon-feeding here)Fluent English | Mandarin a strong advantage given CN market focusAPAC timezone availabilityWhat's on OfferCompetitive base + commission (KPI-linked)Remote/APAC flexibleASAP startApply below or DM us directly.
