Ltd., located in Mundka, New Delhi.We are looking for an experienced and target-driven professional who can manage both marketing and sales for our hydraulic press and industrial machinery business. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, preparing and presenting product proposals, following up with clients, and supporting the conversion of inquiries into confirmed orders.The candidate will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, coordinating with technical and production teams to meet client requirements, maintaining strong client relationships, and participating in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events to improve brand presence and business growth.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B industrial sales and marketing, preferably in hydraulic machinery, industrial equipment, capital goods, manufacturing equipment, or engineering products.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Flowmech’s hydraulic presses and custom industrial machinery.Generate qualified B2B leads through client visits, industry networks, online platforms, exhibitions, referrals, promotional activities, and direct outreach.Manage the complete sales pipeline, including inquiries, follow-ups, product proposals, quotations, negotiations, sales targets, and order closure.Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical, design, and production teams to provide suitable machine solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying repeat business and referral opportunities.Identify new markets, industries, and customer segments for hydraulic presses and custom machinery.Track leads, sales progress, market trends, competitor activity, client feedback, and maintain regular sales and marketing reports.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development, or industrial product sales.Experience in industrial machinery, hydraulic presses, capital goods, manufacturing equipment, hydraulic products, or engineering products is strongly preferred.Proven ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups, prepare proposals, build a sales pipeline, negotiate with clients, and support deal closures.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, market analysis, project management, and client relationship management skills.Working knowledge of digital marketing tools, LinkedIn, B2B portals, email outreach, CRM tools, and sales software.Why join Flowmech Engineers?Work with a 35+ years established hydraulic press and industrial machinery manufacturer.Take ownership of marketing and sales initiatives that directly contribute to business growth.Handle real B2B industrial clients across manufacturing and engineering sectors.Gain exposure to custom machinery, hydraulic press applications, and practical industrial requirements.SalaryAs per industry standards.
