Role OverviewWe are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:Clean and well-structured dataReliable and actionable reportingAutomation that reduces operational frictionA scalable CRM system that supports business growthIf you enjoy building structure, automating workflows, and turning messy CRM usage into clean revenue intelligence, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities 1. Salesforce AdministrationUser setup, profiles, roles, and permission managementMaintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracyCreate and manage custom fields and objectsOptimize page layouts for usability and efficiencyImplement validation rules to enforce data quality2. Automation & Process OptimizationBuild, maintain, and optimize:Salesforce FlowsProcess Builder and Workflow RulesApproval processesLead routing logicOpportunity stage automationEmail alerts and task triggers3. Reporting & DashboardsCreate custom reports for:Pipeline healthSales velocityConversion ratesCampaign attributionBuild dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams4. IntegrationsAssist in maintaining integrations with:Marketing automation platformsLinkedIn and lead capture toolsEmail systemsOther Go-To-Market (GTM) tools5.
