REQUIREMENT:Graduates with a passion for strategy ,relationship management and business development.2 years of experience of working in Sales or business development with a luxury brand .Strong interpersonal and communication skills.A strategic mindset with an ability to analyse markets and identify opportunities.Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:New Customer AcquisitionGenerate leads and execute new customer acquisition initiatives in IndiaManage and grow a portfolio of high value clients, alliances and partners in IndiaContribute towards achievement of revenue budgets allocated to key markets in India.Develop Strategies to enhance business from repeat clients.Assist the Director of Sales with competition-set data and business reports focussing on comparable wellness retreats in India and overseas.Brand Outreach:Identify opportunities for wellness residencies, retreats, and events in India.Assist in planning and executing these initiatives from concept to fulfilment.
