Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager Sales Operations located in New Delhi. The General Manager Sales Operations will oversee sales strategies, manage operational processes, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating sales efforts, leading customer service initiatives, driving operational excellence, and managing sales operations to support organizational growth and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies.Strong Operations Management skills with experience in streamlining processes to enhance efficiency.Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent Customer Service experiences.Proven leadership and organizational skills to successfully manage and optimize team performance.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to achieve sales and operational goals.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field.Experience in the beverages or FMCG industry is a significant advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
