Hiring for one of the leading hospitality industry for multiple locations :Lead and drive Online India’s pan-India B2B sales strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.Expand travel agent network and increase wallet share from existing agentsDeliver revenue, margin, and market share targets across air, hotels, holidays, insurance, visa, corporate travel, and API/white-labelDevelop and execute annual sales plan aligned with business objectivesDrive city-wise, state-wise, and regional growth strategiesAcquire new B2B travel agents across IndiaDesign acquisition campaigns for startups, IATA/non-IATA agents, sub-agents, and partnersBuild partnerships with tour operators, consolidators, and franchise networksExpand API and white-label partnershipsIdentify and grow regional corporate travel opportunitiesMust haves 10–15+ years of travel industry sales experience with 5+ years leading national B2B teamsStrong network across agents, OTAs, IATA agencies, and corporate clientsStrong understanding of GDS, LCC APIs, NDC, and B2B travel platformsProven ability to scale sales teams and drive growthStrong leadership, analytical, and reporting skillsDrive growth in active agents and new agent acquisition
