The candidate will be responsible for promoting and implementing advanced structural health monitoring technologies across hydro, civil, bridge, railway, tunnel, and dam safety projects. The role requires strong technical understanding along with client-facing and business development and service capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) and condition monitoring solutions for infrastructure projects.Identify business opportunities in Hydro Power Projects, Bridges, Rail/Road Tunnels, and Dam Safety sectors.Understand client requirements and propose suitable monitoring systems for:Strain / Stress MonitoringLeakage DetectionTemperature MonitoringDeflection MeasurementCrack & Structural Movement MonitoringPrepare technical proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.Coordinate with design and project teams for system configuration and deployment.Participate in government and private tenders related to infrastructure monitoring.Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Achieve sales targets and support project execution activities.Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of advanced structural health monitoring technologies and sensor-based systems.Understanding of civil structures and infrastructure safety monitoring.Experience in technical sales / solution selling in infrastructure domain.Ability to read civil drawings and technical specifications.Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel to project sites.
