We partner with companies to solve hiring and talent development at scale without putting a dent on their budgets.Role Overview:This is not a typical inside sales role.You will work directly with the founders, operating at the intersection of sales, strategy, and execution. C-Level Outbound Sales- Identify and reach out to CXOs, Founders, and Hiring Leaders- Execute high-quality outbound via LinkedIn, email, and calls- Build strong first-touch conversations that convert into meetings2. Founder’s Office Execution- Work directly with founders on high-impact sales initiatives- Take ownership of experiments (messaging, ICP targeting, GTM strategies)- Continuously refine outreach based on feedback loops3. Pipeline Ownership- Manage and track leads from prospecting → meeting → closure- Ensure high conversion rates through structured follow-ups- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting4.
