Location: Delhi / Noida / Faridabad Experience: 2–3 years (Solar / Electrical industry only) CTC: ₹3–5 LPA + High IncentivesRole OverviewWe are hiring a B2B Sales Executive (Solar) to drive sales of MC4 connectors, DC cables, and solar BoS components.This is a pure sales + closure role. We are looking for someone who has already sold solar or electrical products and understands the market.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and close leads from:Solar EPC contractorsInstallers and distributorsHandle RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order closuresBuild strong relationships with solar industry clientsCoordinate internally for pricing and dispatchAchieve monthly revenue targetsMandatory Requirements2–3 years experience in solar / electrical B2B salesMust have sold solar components / cables / electrical productsStrong network in EPC / contractor ecosystem preferredComfortable with cold calling + field visitsProven ability to close deals (not just generate leads)CompensationFixed: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/monthIncentives: 1–2% per order value (uncapped)
