Job Role: Team Lead - SalesLocation: East DelhiWorking days: Working Days: 5 days a week, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and monitor a team of sales executives (equity/derivatives/trading accounts)Drive lead conversion from both online and offline marketing campaignsEnsure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting accuracy with zero dependencyTrack team performance, productivity, and revenue targetsConduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance evaluationsIdentify gaps in sales process and implement corrective actionsMaintain strict discipline in CRM updates and lead tracking systemsCoordinate with marketing team for lead quality and campaign performanceHandle escalations and ensure timely closure of client queriesEnsure adherence to compliance and internal sales processesMandatory Requirements:Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales (preferably in stock broking / BFSI / trading industry)At least 1–2 years of team handling experienceStrong understanding of:Demat & Trading AccountsEquity / F&O segmentsBrokerage modelsProven track record of team target achievementHands-on experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboardsAbility to handle high-volume lead flow
