Job Description:
Marketplace Management∙ Own end-to-end operations on Amazon Seller Central (US) — listings, catalog hygiene, A+ content, brand store, and Buy Box strategy∙ Maintain account health metrics: ODR, Late Shipment Rate, and policy compliance∙ Monitor and respond to customer feedback, cases, and escalations proactively∙ Identify and expand to relevant secondary marketplaces (Walmart US, Thrive Market, etc.) where applicable D2C Website Operations∙ Manage D2C Shopify storefront end-to-end — product listings, collections, pricing, and promotional calendar∙ Optimize the customer journey for conversion: landing pages, checkout flow, and product discoverability∙ Coordinate with design and tech for seasonal updates, new launches, and site performance improvements Inventory & Warehouse Management∙ Manage stock allocation from US warehouse across Amazon FBA, Shopify D2C, Thrive Market, and other active marketplaces∙ Plan and execute FBA replenishment shipments from the US warehouse to Amazon fulfillment centers∙ Forecast demand per channel to prevent stockouts and avoid excess FBA storage fees Sales Performance & Growth∙ Track and report daily/weekly KPIs: revenue, units sold, ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, and sessions∙ Collaborate with the marketing team on Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) strategy and budget allocation∙ Flag performance anomalies early and drive corrective action without waiting to be asked∙ Contribute to pricing strategy, deal calendars (Prime Day, BFCM), and promotional planningExperience & SkillsMust-Have∙ 4–5 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience (agencyor brand-side)∙ Demonstrated experience managing Amazon Seller Central for the USA market∙ Experience managing multi-channel inventory across FBA, D2C, and third-party marketplaces∙ Working knowledge of Shopify for D2C storefront management∙ Proficiency with Amazon Ads console and core PPC metrics (ACOS, ROAS, TACOS)∙ Comfortable with data — Excel/Sheets, Seller Central reports, and inventory dashboards
