Sales Associate

Job Title: Sales AssociateKey ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects* Conduct ongoing prospecting through: LinkedIn outreach, Email campaigns & Targeted cold outreach (including cold calling if required)* Research and identify potential clients aligned with ideal customer profile* Support top-of-funnel activities to ensure a steady flow of opportunitiesSales Pipeline Management* Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline* Track lead stages from initial contact to conversion* Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and next steps* Identify and flag stalled or high-potential opportunitiesFollow-Ups & Lead Nurturing* Execute structured and consistent follow-up sequences* Maintain regular communication with prospects across channels* Re-engage cold or inactive leads* Ensure no qualified lead is lost due to lack of follow-upSales & Marketing Communication* Draft and send professional outreach messages and follow-ups* Support messaging across: LinkedIn, Email & Other outreach platforms* Maintain a consultative, non-pushy tone aligned with the brandCoordination & Sales Support* Schedule and coordinate meetings and discovery calls* Ensure prospects are properly prepared before calls* Support the business owner with sales admin and communication trackingRequired Skills & Qualifications* Experience in sales support, lead generation, or inside sales* Strong written and verbal communication skills (North American tone preferred)* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting* Ability to manage follow-ups and sales pipelines effectively* Strong organizational and time management skills* Self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyUS shiftSalary- 20-22k (4 hours)
