The RoleWe are seeking a highly articulate and drivenInside Sales Executiveto join our team. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective partner clinics, engaging with highly qualified medical professionals. Your primary focus will be connecting with leads generated across various digital and event-based channels, understanding their clinical needs, and effectively positioning our premium product portfolio. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement:Initiate outbound calls to warm leads (Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and Clinic Managers) generated through webinars, conferences, and digital campaigns. Needs Analysis:Conduct concise, professional discovery conversations to understand the specific aesthetic protocols and requirements of the prospective clinic. Clinical Value Pitching:Clearly articulate the scientific and commercial advantages of our portfolio (e.g., the viscoelasticity of e.p.t.q. fillers, the tensile strength of Croquis threads). Pipeline Management:Qualify leads and seamlessly transition high-potential accounts to the field sales team for clinical demonstrations or secure direct sample/trial pack orders. Data Driven Tracking:Accurately log all interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities in the CRM to ensure a streamlined sales cycle. RequirementsCommunication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain a sophisticated, clinical-luxury tone. Experience:1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B account management. (Prior experience in pharma, healthcare, or medical aesthetics is a strong advantage). Aptitude:Ability to quickly learn and converse comfortably about medical terminology and aesthetic procedures.
