Our approach combines creative thinking with performance-driven execution to deliver measurable outcomes.At AVLOT, we are not just building campaigns—we are building a high-performance agency ecosystem designed to grow fast and compete with the best in the industry.Role Description“This role is ideal for someone currently working in a PR or marketing agency who wants to step into a leadership position with ownership and revenue responsibility.”This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Director (Growth & Client Partnerships) based in New Delhi.This is not a traditional account management role.We are looking for someone who can own client growth, drive revenue, and build a team, almost like running their own vertical within AVLOT Media.The role involves leading client acquisition, high-value relationships, and team scaling, while ensuring strong execution across PR, digital, and content.You will be expected to take ownership, bring in opportunities, and contribute directly to building AVLOT into a recognised agency brand.Key Responsibilities• Drive new business development and client acquisition • Leverage your industry network to generate and close deals • Build and manage PR + digital + content teams • Own client relationships and long-term partnerships • Take responsibility for revenue targets and growth strategy • Oversee execution with a growth-first mindsetQualifications• 4–8 years of experience in PR / marketing / digital agencies • Currently working as Account Director / Group Head / Senior Account Manager • Experience with agencies like PR Pundit, Stanley Communications, or similar • Strong industry network and client relationships • Proven ability to handle teams and drive business growth • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on ownership and scaling • Excellent communication, leadership, and execution skills
