About the Role:We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join Fudar Alloy's global team, responsible for business development in the core markets of North India . You will focus on promoting high-quality silver or silver-alloy electrical components to the electrical switchgear industry (such as L&T, Havells, Schneider, etc.) and building long-term partnerships with key clients.Company website:Location: remote work; candidates based in Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, or Faridabad are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Execute the sales strategy defined by the company, with a focus on developing customers in the electrical switchgear manufacturing and supporting industryPromote products such as silver contacts, silver-alloy conductive components, and silver-based electrical contact materials to target customers including L&T, Havells, Schneider, etc.Gain in-depth understanding of customer application needs in products such as switchgear and circuit breakers, and provide professional technical support and product selection recommendationsCollect and provide feedback on regional market information and customer needs, assist in identifying business opportunities, and drive sales projects from lead generation to order closureCollaborate closely with internal technical and production teams to ensure timely response to customer needs in product applicationsParticipate in customer negotiations, technical exchanges, and contract follow-up to achieve assigned sales targets.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering fieldsExperience: 4–5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the electrical switchgear, low-voltage electrical, or electrical contact materials industry. Candidates with experience selling silver/silver-alloy components to switchgear manufacturers such as L&T, Havells, Schneider, etc. are preferred. Candidates with experience selling copper/brass components are also encouraged to applyCustomer Network: Familiar with the switchgear industry customer base in the Delhi NCR region, with strong customer development and relationship management skillsLanguage: Proficient in English as a working language, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetencies: Strong technical understanding, communication and coordination skills, and a results-driven mindsetLocation: Based in Delhi NCR,, or Faridabad, with the ability to travel within the region as needed.We Offer:Annual Salary: ₹1,100,000 – ₹1,800,000 (fixed salary + bonus)Performance Incentives: Attractive commission structure tied to individual performanceJoin an international team and gain exposure to world-leading technologies and markets in electrical contact materials
