You'll see the impact of your work in daily numbers, not in a quarterly review.If you want a job where you grow fast, learn eCommerce operations from the inside, and move into team lead or ops roles within a year — keep reading.Your Day-to-DayOrders & RevenueCall customers to confirm orders, verify addresses, and coordinate deliveries — directly reducing failed deliveriesRecover abandoned carts through outbound calls — this is where you make a measurable differenceHandle inbound calls on order status, delivery updates, and returnsProblem SolvingOwn customer issues end-to-end — follow up until resolved, don't just log and forgetCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to fix problems at the sourceSpot patterns — if a pin code keeps failing or a product keeps getting returned, flag it.
