We are looking for a ‘Government Tender Sales Executive’ in our Sales department, for a permanent contract. You will support and develop your customer portfolio by promoting specialized solutions for In Vitro Diagnostics. You will join a team of 8 people, and ensure the following missions: Drive sales and revenue growth from government healthcare institutions such as district hospitals, civil hospitals, medical colleges, ESI, CGHS, Railways, Defence hospitals, AIIMS, and other public-sector healthcare bodies. Manage tender processes, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with government procurement norms.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for government hospitals and public institutions.Achieve annual sales targets and market share goals in the government segment.Identify new business opportunities and account penetration strategies.Monitor, evaluate, and participate in government tenders, GEM portal listings, rate contracts (RC), and E-bidding.Ensure complete and timely submission of tender documents, technical specifications, and compliance certificates.Work with cross-functional teams for pricing, documentation, and supply commitments.You hold a license degree in Biotechnology or Bio Analysis or Bio Analysis and Quality Control and have a successful experience of 5 years minimum in a laboratory or IVD company handling Government Tenders. You master IT/pack office tools and English.
