Customers can find everything they need to clean, maintain, protect, and enhance the look of their sneakers in one place. Role Summary:We are seeking an experienced and driven E-commerce to take ownership of our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing product listings, order flow, and promotional campaigns within a D2C/B2C/B2B product environment. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a must, along with a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows and marketplace dynamics. Key Responsibilities:Manage, audit, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.Collaborate with design, marketing, and warehouse teams to coordinate timely updates on offers, discounts, and stock levels.Monitor daily order flow, ensure timely fulfilment, handle return/refund cycles, and resolve customer service issues.Analyze sales and performance data using Excel/Google Sheets to generate actionable insights and performance reports.Plan and execute online campaigns, offers, and promotions in coordination with marketing.Handle backend e-commerce operations including stock reconciliation, invoicing, and logistics coordination.Regularly research and benchmark against competitor listings and strategies.Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, policy updates, and new platform features. Requirements:Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).Solid understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify).Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills (written and verbal).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must be comfortable working full-time from our office in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. What We Offer:A growth-oriented work environment with learning opportunities.Direct exposure to D2C brand-building and marketplace scaling.Collaborative and transparent team culture.Interested candidates can apply using the link below:
