About the Role:We are looking for a skilled After-Sales Engineer with a background in mechanical manufacturing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues related to our electric height-adjustable desk products. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving product improvements through field feedback.Key Responsibilities:Provide after-sales technical support for electric height-adjustable desks, addressing technical issues encountered by customersRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or on-site visits to resolve product-related issuesAssist customers with product installation, commissioning, and usage training to enhance overall satisfactionCollect and analyze common customer feedback and issues, driving continuous product quality improvementsCollaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to report product issues and track resolution progressDevelop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for after-sales supportQualifications:Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related fieldPrior experience in after-sales support, technical support, or maintenance within the mechanical or electromechanical industrySolid understanding of mechanical structures and the ability to read mechanical drawingsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and a strong customer service mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple customer cases effectivelyWillingness to travel domestically as neededExperience with electric height-adjustable desks, office furniture, medical equipment, or linear drive products is a plusBasic English proficiency to read technical documents is preferred
