This role involves understanding client briefs, preparing customised proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate should be commercially sharp, highly organised, and aligned with the design-led ethos of the brand.ResponsibilitiesManage and convert inbound corporate enquiries into confirmed ordersUnderstand client briefs, budgets, and timelines, and recommend suitable customised gifting solutionsHandle the sales process end-to-end, including proposals, quotations, negotiation, order coordination, and after-sales supportWork closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveryBuild strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and long-term partnershipsMaintain organised records of enquiries, sales activity, and client interactions, and share regular updates with managementMonitor client feedback and market trends to support better offerings and stronger conversion Identify new business opportunities through existing relationships, referrals, and targeted outreach where relevantQualifications5+ years of experience in sales, key accounts, corporate gifting, or a similar client-facing B2B role, preferably in premium gifting, lifestyle, or design-led brandsProven ability to convert enquiries into orders, grow client accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to represent the brandExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and internal teamsExperience in managing the sales process end-to-end, including proposals, quotations, negotiation, order coordination, and after-sales supportAbility to understand client briefs and translate them into thoughtful, customised gifting solutionsStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects efficientlyAppreciation for design, craftsmanship, presentation, and premium products, with alignment to Anand Prakash Design’s values of creativity, originality, quality, and attention to detailWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation, benefits, and health insuranceOpportunity to work on meaningful projects with esteemed corporate and institutional clientsA creative, dynamic, and supportive work environmentClose mentorship from the founder, Anand Prakash, along with opportunities for growth and development
