We work closely with architects, interior designers, and discerning homeowners to transform design concepts into reality with products that reflect taste, craftsmanship, and long-lasting quality.Role Description We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and articulate Showroom Manager to lead the client experience at our premium architectural products showroom in Mansarovar Garden, New Delhi. You will be the first point of contact for architects, interior designers, and high-end clients visiting our space. Your role is to welcome visitors, understand their needs, deliver engaging automation-driven presentations, guide them through our product range, and ensure a seamless, memorable showroom experience that reflects our brand’s luxury and professionalism. This is a perfect role for someone who enjoys client interaction, has excellent communication skills, and takes pride in maintaining a world-class showroom environment.Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Presentations Warmly greet and welcome all clients, architects, and designers visiting the showroom. Understand visitor requirements and recommend suitable products from our range (lighting, chandeliers, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, wall paneling, artefacts). Conduct automation-driven walkthrough presentations to showcase product features and live demonstrations. Answer client queries confidently and guide them through the selection process. Showroom Operations & Ambience Ensure the showroom is always clean, well-lit, organized, and visually appealing. Monitor display setups, product placements, and ambience to maintain a premium look and feel. Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for any maintenance, repairs, or display updates. Internal Coordination Liaise with sales, accounts, purchase, and design teams to ensure smooth client journeys from inquiry to order. Handle basic administrative tasks such as visitor logs, follow-up scheduling, and documentation support. Escalate complex client requirements to the sales or design team as needed. Brand Representation Act as the face of the brand in the showroom, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive, professional impression. Uphold high standards of grooming, etiquette, and communication at all times.
