About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven strong Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across Delhi NCR. This role involves driving demand expansion, managing GT & MT channels, leading price negotiations, and ensuring consistent revenue growth. You will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with demand trends. Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow key accounts across General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channelsDrive client demand expansion and identify opportunities for revenue growthLead price negotiations (buying and selling) to ensure optimal marginsDrive cross-selling and upselling of new product assortmentsManage end-to-end order lifecycle including PO and SO generationIdentify and onboard new clients through lead generation and business development effortsTrack market trends, demand patterns, and GTM strategies to inform business decisionsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCollaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and tech teams to ensure seamless executionMaintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnershipsWho You Are:7–10 years of experience in FMCG sales with exposure to both GT & MT channelsMBA or equivalent qualification preferredExperience in Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) or Food FMCG industry is mandatoryStrong negotiation, account management, and business development skillsProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growthStrong understanding of market dynamics, demand generation, and customer behaviorExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to travel extensively within the assigned region (40–50%)
