We’ve served 80,000+ students across 10 global destinations: Singapore, Australia, UK, Malaysia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Bali, Sri Lanka, and China.What You’ll Do:Develop and manage relationships with international schools, learning centres, travel agencies, and study abroad partners.Handle enquiries, drive the full sales process, and achieve targets.Represent Bluesky at conferences and networking events.Play a key role in expanding our student programs worldwide.Who You Are:5+ years of sales experience (education, travel, or study abroad preferred)Bachelor degree holderTarget-driven, passionate, and loves challengesSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and strong communicatorSolid network of schools is a strong advantageExperience in study abroad recruitment or educational travel is a plus“You thrive in fast-paced environments and love building long-term client relationships.”Compensation & Perks: Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month + annual commission (₹2 L – ₹5 L) → Total CTC ₹7 L – ₹11 L (and the sky’s the limit for top performers!)
