It's a clinical results company.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a sharp, empathetic fresher ready to step into a premium client-facing sales role. You will be the first human touchpoint for women who've been let down by the medical system your job is to listen deeply, understand their condition, educate them on root cause science, and guide them into our 3-month protocol.This is not cold calling. This is not pushy selling. This is trust restoration through consultative conversation. Every woman on your call has been told /"it's normal/" or /"just take painkillers/" your job is to be the first person who actually understands what she's going through.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct 5–6 structured Zoom consultations daily with pre-qualified leads (all leads and schedules provided by the company).Follow HIC's consultative call structure: Discovery → Pain Understanding → Education (root cause science) → Program Walkthrough → Close.Build genuine rapport through empathy-driven conversations understand her pain history, failed treatments, emotional state, and health goals before presenting solutions.Convert consultations into program enrollments (₹40K/3-month protocol) by helping women see the difference between symptom management and root cause resolution.Maintain accurate records of every interaction, outcome, and follow-up in CRM tools.Execute consistent follow-ups with unconverted leads many women need 2–3 conversations before they trust again.Collaborate with the clinical delivery team (psychologists, dieticians, protocol leads) to ensure smooth client onboarding.Who You AreYou have strong spoken English communication skills, clear, confident, warm.You are presentable and professional on video, this is a premium, camera-on role.You can hold space for women in pain without rushing to a pitch. Listening is your weapon.You're hungry to learn consultative selling, not transactional selling.You don't need a background in health, we train you on everything. What we can't train is empathy, discipline, and drive.CompensationFixed: ₹25,000/monthIncentives: Performance-based, uncapped. Kicks in after your 6th successful sale. No ceiling, every additional conversion earns you more.Realistic earning range: ₹60,000 - ₹2,00,000+/month.
