Ltd., is dedicated to creating world-class, 360° biodegradable and eco-friendly cleaning solutions tailored for the Indian environment.As an emerging leader in the industrial and institutional cleaning solutions market, VIOARR focuses on delivering innovative, green, and sustainable products that effectively clean while reducing environmental impact.Our mission is to help organizations transition towards safer, smarter, and more sustainable cleaning practices, contributing to a cleaner and greener planet.Role OverviewAt VIOARR, we are expanding our institutional sales team and are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales within the facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial cleaning industry.This role focuses on building and converting relationships with Facility Management Companies, Property Management Firms, Housekeeping Contractors, Hospitals, and large Corporate Offices.You will actively engage with organizations such as JLL, CBRE, Compass Group, Cushman & Wakefield and other major facility and property management companies, helping them adopt VIOARR’s sustainable cleaning solutions.The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with Operations Heads, Procurement Teams, Facility managers , Purchase Managers, and Housekeeping Leadership, conducting product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations, and converting prospects into long-term institutional clients.Key Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business opportunities across institutional and corporate clients• Build relationships with facility management companies, property managers, hospitals, and corporate facilities• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and solution presentations• Convert leads into long-term B2B accounts• Work closely with procurement, operations, and housekeeping teams• Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, meetings, negotiations, and closures• Achieve sales targets and contribute to VIOARR’s growth in the Corporate cleaning business segmentQualifications• Strong experience in Corporate / Institutional B2B Sales• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills• Experience in account management and key client handling• Proven ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team• Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredPreferred BackgroundWe are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in:• Industrial Cleaning Chemicals• Facility Management / Housekeeping Industry• Hospitality Supplies• Healthcare ProcurementExisting relationships with companies such as JLL, CBRE, Compass Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Sodexo, or similar facility management organizations will be a strong advantage.
