Sales Executive (Luxury Retail)

We are seeking a dynamic, well-presented, and customer-focused *Sales Executive* to join our luxury retail store at *The Chanakya Mall, New Delhi* . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in luxury retail and a strong understanding of high-end client servicing along with visual merchandising sensibility.This role requires excellent communication skills, refined grooming standards, and the ability to deliver a personalized and memorable shopping experience to discerning customers._Qualifications_- 2–5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, home décor, or lifestyle brands.- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.- Experience or strong understanding of Visual Merchandising (VM) in a luxury retail environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Well-groomed, polished, and customer-focused personality.- Ability to work in a high-end retail environment with flexible hours._Key Responsibilities_- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience to clients.- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized product recommendations.- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clientele.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Be responsible for the Visual Merchandising (VM) of the store, ensuring displays reflect brand aesthetics, luxury positioning, and seasonal themes.- Maintain store presentation, product placements, and overall ambiance in line with brand guidelines.- Handle billing, inventory coordination, and support smooth store operations.- Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and confidence at all times.Salary: Rs 35-45k per month
