The role requiresdaily field visits to offices, corporates, business parks, and event venuesto build relationships and generate orders for corporate meals, board meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and employee events. The ideal candidate should behighly proactive, presentable, and comfortable meeting decision-makers in corporate offices. Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Business Development Visit corporates, offices, and business parks daily to introduce Baraat’s catering services. Generate leads for: Boardroom meetings Corporate lunches Office parties Conferences & seminars Exhibitions & product launches Employee events 2. Client Relationship Building Build strong relationships with Admin Heads, HR Heads, Office Managers, and Procurement teams. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients. Convert leads into confirmed catering orders. 3. Sales Pipeline Management Maintain a database of corporates visited and contacts made. Track leads, enquiries, and conversions. Share daily sales reports with management. 4. Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Focus on repeat orders and long-term corporate relationships. 5. Market Intelligence Identify new corporate hubs, business parks, and exhibition opportunities. Gather competitor insights and market trends. Daily Work ExpectationsMinimum8–10 corporate visits per day Lead generation and follow-ups Maintain daily reporting of meetings and enquiries Coordinate with the operations team for order execution Desired Candidate Profile1–4 years experience insales, hospitality sales, or corporate services Experience in catering, events, F&B, or hospitality preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Presentable and confident while meeting corporate clients Self-motivated and comfortable with field work Knowledge of Delhi NCR corporate areas is a plus CompensationFixed Salary AttractiveIncentives based on revenue generated Key SkillsCorporate Sales Lead Generation Client Relationship Management Negotiation Skills Field Sales
