About the CompanyKRS Educreations is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage and drive the performance of the telesales team, which is responsible for handling leads, improving conversions, and supporting franchise admissions and inquiries. The role requires strong team leadership, hands-on sales expertise, and excellent command of CRM and sales tools.About the RoleThe Telesales Team Lead will oversee the telesales team, ensuring they meet their targets and manage leads effectively.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targetsEnsure effective handling, follow-ups, and conversion of inbound and outbound leadsMonitor call quality, lead aging, and conversion ratiosTrain team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and best practicesMaintain and optimize lead flow, allocation, and tracking using CRM toolsCoordinate with marketing, franchise, and admissions teams for smooth lead managementPrepare regular performance reports and share insights with managementQualifications3–6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead roleRequired SkillsProven ability to manage teams and drive conversionsStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsData-driven and process-oriented approachPreferred SkillsStrong working knowledge of CRM and telesales tools, including Auto-dialing ToolsLeadSquared experience is highly preferredComfortable with dashboards, reporting, and lead analyticsPay range and compensation packageHigh ownership role with direct impact on business growth.
