The Sales Trainee will assist with sales activities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service to meet organizational goals. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in infrastructure projects such as electrical, networking, CCTV, data center, and related solutions.Key Responsibilities:· Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure and project sales.· Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.· Coordinate with the technical team for BOQ preparation, estimation, and solution design.· Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers.· Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-up for approvals and purchase orders.· Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.· Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.· Intern or 1 year of experience in infrastructure/project sales (Electrical, ELV, CCTV, Networking, Data Centre, etc.).· Strong knowledge of BOQ and the project execution cycle.· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Key Competencies:· Strong networking and relationship-building skills· Target-driven and self-motivated· Problem-solving ability· Good commercial understanding
