Position: Wedding Sales Manager – Client AcquisitionLocation: Ludhiana, PunjabLocation: Ludhiana, PunjabMyra Weddings is a luxury wedding planning and design company delivering end-to-end wedding experiences including décor, planning, hospitality management, wedding invitations, and gifting solutions under one roof.We are looking for a hands-on Wedding Sales Manager who will personally handle client enquiries, conduct consultations, and convert them into confirmed wedding bookings.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and closing high-value wedding projects.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Enquiry Management• Handle all incoming wedding enquiries from phone, website, social media, and referrals• Conduct initial consultation calls to understand client requirements• Gather key details such as:Wedding datesGuest countLocation / venueBudget expectationsFunctions planned• Schedule and conduct client meetings (online or in person)Sales & Client Conversion• Present Myra Weddings’ services and wedding planning approach• Convert enquiries into confirmed wedding bookings• Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the decision process• Handle client negotiations and closing discussionsPromote In-House Wedding ServicesPitch and sell Myra’s integrated wedding services including:• Wedding décor & design• Wedding invitations & boxes• Wedding gifting & hampers• Hospitality & guest management• Wedding planning & coordinationProposal Coordination• Work with internal teams to prepare wedding proposals and budgets• Coordinate with décor designers, planners, and vendors to create customized proposals• Present proposals to clients and handle revisionsSales Process & SystemsWork in structured systems to improve the enquiry-to-booking process:• Enquiry tracking formats• Proposal templates• Meeting structure• Follow-up workflow• CRM / lead managementQualification• 4–6 years experience in wedding planning, event sales, hospitality sales, or luxury services• Experience in client consultations and closing deals• Good understanding of wedding vendors and services (venues, décor, catering, entertainment, hospitality etc.)• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups• Comfortable handling high-value wedding clientsWilling to Relocate Why Join Myra WeddingsOpportunity to work with PREMIUM wedding BRAND.Opportunity to significantly increase earnings through successful client conversionsAdditional incentives on selling in-house wedding services • Direct growth opportunity into Sales Head / Business Development leadership
