We work with growth-stage and enterprise revenue teams to lift qualified conversations and shorten time to the first meeting.We’re backed by UC Berkeley and seasoned operators from leading GTM organizations. As we scale, we’re building a managed services team that combines consulting discipline with operational excellence, helping our clients realize measurable revenue outcomes from day one.This internship offers an opportunity to work on live client engagements, translate business problems into actionable playbooks, and build end-to-end workflows that directly impact client revenue.What You’ll DoEngage with ICP prospects to understand their business context, priorities, and potential fitConduct structured discovery conversations to identify qualified opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of conversations, insights, and next steps within the CRMNurture ongoing conversations with prospects to sustain engagement and relationship continuityMove opportunities forward through defined pipeline stages through consistent follow-ups and coordinationPrepare clear summaries and insights to support smooth handoffs for proposal and closing discussionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure prospects receive a thoughtful and well-coordinated engagement experienceWhat You’ll BringStructured and thoughtful communicator with strong active listening skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and rapport quicklyNaturally curious; able to ask insightful questions to understand underlying needsAbility to guide structured, problem-oriented conversations with prospectsClear communicator who can simplify complex ideas and provide perspectiveConsultative mindset focused on understanding problems and building long-term relationships rather than transactional sellingBasic Technical SkillsComfortable working with Google Sheets and Microsoft ExcelAbility to maintain and update lead trackers or simple databasesBasic understanding of dashboards or reporting (preferred)Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and communication tools for outreachNice-to-HaveExposure to GTM operations, sales enablement, or RevOps conceptsPrior internship experience in startups or fast-paced, high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with client-facing, sales, or customer relationship workflowsDuration and StipendDuration: 6 months (full-time, remote)Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + performance-based incentivesTop-performing interns will be considered for a full-time offer as Client Relationship ManagerOn full-time conversion: ₹8–10 LPA CTC + performance-based bonusesYou can also email your resume to with the subject:“SCR Intern – Your Name.”
