(June 2025 - June 2026)FUNCTION: Commercial APACLOCATION: Delhi, IndiaJOB TYPE: PermanentJOB GRADE: 5GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:Create demand for Environmental Science products and achieve the targets of Primary sales, secondary sales and receivablesYOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Budgeting and planning:Prepare and continuously update data on primary and secondary channel partners & market informationIdentify and prioritise the markets and segments for the deployment of resourcesAnalyze and foresee future market trends and prepare a sales budget in line with the growth objectives to continuously improve market sharePrepare a detailed sales plan calendared at primary customer levelPlan the secondary sales with each distributor with calendarisation for their customersEnsure that both Vector products and Professional Pest Management products are planned and focused appropriatelyDistribution:Analyze the distribution reach and penetration and take action by adding or consolidating the distribution network to have adequate reach and penetration in each important marketExercise the stakeholder engagement practices to keep the customers engaged and motivatedMaking availability of Bayer ES products in each corner of the territory through the distributor/dealer networkSales and receivables:Implement the marketing strategies to build the Bayer brand across the value chain and generate demand from the end usersArrange product promotions, training programs and, promote new products & display product efficacy by product demonstrationsAid liquidation of the product soldAchieve the sales objectives in all the key products as per the calendarized plan by implementing the selling strategies to suit the target segmentScan/identify business developments and convert the opportunities into business while ensuring corporate complianceCommunicate the sales incentive/promotional schemes to the customers and document the same; monitor the sales progress to get maximum benefits from the schemesAssign appropriate credit limit to the customers and ensure operations within the credit limit without any loss of sales on account of credit limitEnsure payment by the customers within agreed/budgeted credit periodMonitor & guide distributor to ensure business transaction in a compliant wayEnsure that the Project Officers are utilized as per the company policy and requirements to increase the salesCommunication & Learning:Monthly reporting of sales and collection, next month sales plan, market knowhow of public domain & provide timely & continuous feedback to the HQ of the important eventContinuously upgrade knowledge and skills to meet the changing requirements of the market and customers by exposing self to appropriate training programs and self-initiativesShare the best practices and the success stories with the rest in the organization for the benefit of allKEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Internal: Zonal Manager and Area Sales Manager MD, Marketing head & Marketing team , ES India LT, Platform Department, Heads.External: Plantation companies (Oil palm, forestry -Procurement, R&D, Quality control, estate management teams), Distributors, sub distributors, research institutions , Industry Associations, RSPO ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
