We are looking at hiring 4 Executives. The position is based in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. The Executives will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate projects, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, excellent client calling, travel outstation depending on client visits and staying updated on market trends.Salary PackageMonthly Package range of INR. 20000 to INR. 50000 (depending on experience).QualificationsSkills in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsProficiency in Sales techniques and strategiesStrong Customer Service skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExperience with real estate software and CRM systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
