This is a field-heavy, target-driven role focused on meeting HR and procurement teams, pitching the program, and closing corporate partnerships. Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales and PartnershipsProspect and meet HR/Admin/Procurement teams across companies in Delhi NCRPitch CutMediBills as an employee benefit and close corporate tie-upsManage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposal, negotiation, closureAchieve weekly meeting and monthly closure targetsRoll out SupportCoordinate with internal teams for onboarding and roll out timelinesSupport HR teams with basic communication material and employee onboarding flowEnsure smooth handover after closure and maintain relationship for renewalsReporting and DisciplineUpdate CRM with daily activity, pipeline stages, and meeting notesShare weekly reports: meetings done, proposals shared, closures, and next stepsRequirements1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, corporate tie-ups, or relationship salesConfident communication and presentation skillsStrong follow-up discipline and comfort with targetsWillingness to travel locally for meetings across Delhi NCRBasic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPointPreferred (Good to Have)Prior experience selling employee benefits, insurance, HR Solutions, healthcare services, or SaaSExisting corporate HR/Admin contacts in Delhi NCRWhat We OfferFixed ₹4.2 LPA CTCPerformance incentives linked to closures and revenueStructured pitch materials and trainingHigh learning exposure in corporate partnerships and healthcare servicesKPIs (Performance Metrics)Corporate meetings booked and attended per weekCorporate tie-ups closed per monthProposal to closure conversion rateOnboarding completion and client satisfaction
