Gracious Organic LLP | Nutraceutical & Botanical Ingredients | Greater NoidaGracious Organic LLP is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of botanical extracts, herbal powders, and nutraceutical ingredients serving clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia.We are looking for an ambitious International Sales & Business Development Manager who can expand our global footprint and build strong relationships with nutraceutical, food, and cosmetic manufacturers worldwide.This is a high-impact role where the right candidate will directly contribute to the company’s international growth strategy.What Success Looks Like in This RoleWithin the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will:Build a strong international sales pipeline of nutraceutical and ingredient buyersConvert qualified leads into long-term B2B customersExpand Gracious Organic’s presence in key export marketsDevelop strong relationships with ingredient buyers, contract manufacturers, and distributorsContribute directly to revenue growth and market expansionKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new international business opportunities in the nutraceutical, functional food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic ingredient sectors.Generate leads through industry networks, trade platforms, exhibitions, and direct outreach.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and order closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with global ingredient buyers, procurement teams, and distributors.Provide technical and commercial support to customers, including product information, specifications, and regulatory documentation.Coordinate internally with quality, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.Track global ingredient trends and competitor activities to identify emerging market opportunities.Represent the company at international exhibitions, buyer meetings, and online B2B platforms.Maintain structured CRM records and sales performance reports.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.Experience3–8 years of experience in international sales or business development.Prior experience in organic nutraceutical ingredients, organic herbal extracts, organic botanical ingredients, or organic food ingredients is strongly preferred.SkillsStrong B2B sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilityUnderstanding of international ingredient markets and export trade practicesAbility to work independently and manage global client relationshipsWhy Join Gracious Organic LLPOpportunity to work in a fast-growing nutraceutical ingredient export companyExposure to global markets and international buyersDynamic, entrepreneurial work environmentCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives
