As part of our commitment to operational integrity and transparency, we are looking to hire a competent and experienced Sales Manager to join our sale team in Africa.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam ManagementManage and supervise the Kenya light cargo sanitary ware team to ensure operational effectiveness.Reasonably allocate team tasks and foster a positive, high-performance team atmosphere.Ensure all assigned team tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.Market & Policy SupportInvestigate and collect relevant market information to support business decision-making.Assist management in formulating and implementing relevant operational policies.Training & DevelopmentImprove team capabilities through structured training programs.Provide regular professional skills training and other necessary development sessions.Organize and conduct two departmental meetings per month, ensuring meetings are timely, structured, and productive.Reporting & ComplianceReport overall team performance and operational updates to direct supervisors as required.Ensure strict compliance with company rules, regulations, and operational standards.Maintain discipline within the team, ensuring no violations of company policies.Education and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Proven experience in cargo operations, logistics, transportation, or sanitary ware distribution.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and operational procedures.Strong team collaboration skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.Demonstrated ability to strictly adhere to company rules and maintain professional discipline.Core CompetenciesTeam leadership and supervisionOperations coordinationMarket analysis and reportingTraining and team developmentPolicy implementation and complianceStrong organizational and problem-solving skillHOW TO APPLYIf you meet the above requirements, send your application letter (quoting your expected salary) and updated curriculum vitae (CV) to:Email Subject Line: “Sales Manager”Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews
