Our Tier-III DC–hosted platform powers mission-critical workloads across BFSI, SaaS, manufacturing, IT/ITES, and digital-native enterprises.We are expanding rapidly and looking for high-energy sales professionals who can help us scale the next multi-crore growth phase.Role OverviewThe ZeaCloud Sales role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, solution positioning, and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and work closely with the technical and presales teams to deliver tailored private/hybrid cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and existing account expansionPosition ZeaCloud’s private/hybrid cloud value proposition to CXOs, IT heads, and architectsUnderstand customer cloud strategy and map ZeaCloud solutions (Infrastructure-as-a-Service {IaaS}, Platform-as-a-Service {PaaS}, Backup-as-a-Service {BaaS}, DR-as-a-Service {DRaaS}, SASE-as-a-Service {SASEaaS}, SOC-as-a-Service {SOCaaS}, FinOps etc.)Prepare presentations, proposals, BoQs, and commercial offersWork with presales to lead customer workshops, PoCs, and solution walkthroughsMaintain strong CXO relationships with SMB, BFSI, SaaS, IT/ITES, manufacturing, and enterprise accounts.Track pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity progress in CRMAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue targetsProvide market insights, competition intel, pricing, and customer expectations Experience Required3–8 years in B2B IT Sales with strong exposure to:Private Cloud / Dedicated CloudVirtualization platforms (VMware, KVM, Hyper-V)IaaS, Managed Services, Hosted DC, ColoCompute, Storage, NetworkingBackup, DR, HA, Firewalls, SecurityCloud pricing & TCO understandingPreferred Industry BackgroundExperience in one of the following environments is a strong advantage:E2E Networks, ESDS, Sify, NTT, Yotta, Web Werks, CtrlSOEM/Partner ecosystems (Dell, VMware, Red Hat, Cisco)Cloud/Infra solution providersBFSI, SaaS, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Gov/PSU verticalsSkills & CompetenciesStrong solution-selling approach (not transactional)Excellent communication, storytelling & presentation skillsAbility to engage CXOs confidentlyStrong proposal writing & documentation skillsProven track record of meeting revenue targetsHigh ownership, self-driven, competitive mindsetPreferred Certifications(Not mandatory, but a big plus)VMware (VCP)OpenStackRHCE / Linux AdminCloud Fundamentals (AWS/Azure/GCP)CCNA/CCNPStorage/Virtualization certificationsWhat You’ll Get at ZeaCloudCompetitive salary + high-performance incentive structureOwnership of enterprise accounts and opportunity to build a multi-crore cloud businessWork closely with senior leadership and cloud architectsFast-growing business line with career growth into:Freedom to ideate, experiment, and shape the GTM strategyWork with a Make-in-India cloud platform deployed across leading enterprises
