Currently we are hiring for Consumer Internet Company in Matchmaking space. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Contact Center Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will oversee the operations and performance of the contact center, manage a team of sales representatives, develop training programs, and ensure sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, monitoring KPIs, optimizing processes for better efficiency, coaching team members, and fostering a productive work environment.QualificationsExperience in sales management, sales strategy development, and performance trackingProficiency in team leadership, coaching, and training sales representativesProven ability in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIsStrong communication skills and expertise in handling customer interactions effectivelyProficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and reportingAbility to work on-site in New Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plusExperience in managing a contact center or a similar sales-driven environment is highly desirableSaturday and Sunday will be working with one rotational off per week4-9 years of experience
