With an expanding portfolio of premium venues and hospitality properties, the company is committed to delivering exceptional experiences backed by creativity, operational excellence, and service innovation.Role OverviewThe Corporate Sales Head will lead and drive B2B revenue growth across FNP’s Venues and Hotel properties. The role involves developing strategic corporate alliances, securing long-term contracts, expanding institutional partnerships, and owning the overall corporate revenue strategy. This is a leadership position with end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, team management, and corporate relationship development.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement annual corporate sales strategy with P&L ownership. Drive revenue targets across Corporate Events, Conferences, MICE, Offsites, Banquets, Venue Bookings, and Room Nights. Acquire and onboard large corporate accounts and secure Annual Rate Contracts (ARCs). Build relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, Travel Desks, and CXOs. Lead and mentor the corporate sales team; define KRAs and track performance. Drive cross-selling between Venues and Hotels to maximize revenue. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance for seamless execution. Analyze competitor offerings and recommend pricing and positioning strategies.Experience & Qualifications MBA / Graduate in Business, Hospitality, or related discipline. 10–20 years of experience in Corporate Sales (Hotels / Hospitality / Premium Venues). Minimum 5+ years in a leadership role managing large revenue portfolios. Strong corporate network in Delhi NCR / Pan India.
