Role Overview:This role is designed around business relationship management, client servicing, marketing coordination, and business growth. The position focuses on handling clients independently, representing the company professionally, and driving long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively developing new business opportunities.Reach out to potential clients, set up meetings, and conduct regular follow-ups.Attend business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and networking events as required.Be open to Pan-India travel for business meetings when needed (including cities like Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, etc.).Represent the company in client social gatherings, business dinners, and professional networking events, and host or coordinate such interactions when required.Understand client requirements clearly and propose customized, value-driven solutions.Prepare, present, and coordinate quotations and business proposals.Handle and respond to client emails and communications in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate closely with business associates, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth execution and communication.Collect client feedback, conduct general review meetings, and work towards continuous improvement in service quality.Act as a key point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident, professional approach.Excellent relationship-building and client-handling abilities with empathy and maturity.Good presentation and negotiation skills.Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external teams.Comfortable taking ownership, responsibility, and initiative in client-facing roles.
