Location: North India Territories Covered: • Haryana – Karnal, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Hisar, Panipat • Himachal Pradesh – Baddi, Nalagarh, Una, Solan industrial belts • Chandigarh – Mohali & Panchkula • Eastern/Central Uttar Pradesh – Varanasi, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Lucknow, FaizabadAbout the Role We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Manager to expand and strengthen our business in the North region for our Healthcare Segment. The role demands strong technical understanding, strategic market development, customer relationship management, and aggressive sales execution.Key Responsibilities • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings under the Healthcare segment. • Identify new prospects and opportunities across assigned territories. • Meet potential clients and generate demand for products through technical & commercial engagement. • Prepare and submit techno‑commercial proposals based on customer URS. • Analyze competition, market trends, and prepare SWOT insights. • Drive aggressive sales conversions to secure orders. • Monitor installation & commissioning (I&C) of orders. • Collect field feedback for quality improvements and product corrections. • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. • Build strong rapport with customers and prospects in the region by maintaining continuous engagement.Required Qualifications • Education: BE / BE + MBA preferred • Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar product/industry sales • Age: 35 to 40 years preferred • Gender: Male (as per requisition) • Joining: March (preferred)Skills & CompetenciesStrong technical knowledge of healthcare equipment/productsExcellent communication, negotiation & customer-handling skillsAbility to identify opportunities and convert leads into businessGood understanding of North‑region industrial beltsSelf‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently
