This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B SaaS sales experience who enjoys owning the end-to-end sales cycle—from pipeline creation to deal closure.You will focus on acquiring new business, managing key mid-market and enterprise accounts, and consistently achieving revenue targets in a fast-growing AI SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities:-Own the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and territory, including:Prospecting and pipeline generationQualification and discoveryProduct demonstrations and solution presentationsProposal creation, negotiation, and contractingDeal closure and revenue deliveryBuild and nurture strong relationships with senior enterprise stakeholdersDrive new logo acquisition while identifying opportunities to expand existing accountsCollaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfactionMaintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting using CRM toolsContinuously identify new market opportunities within the North India regionExperience & Qualifications:-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market accountsProven track record of closing end-to-end deals independentlyStrong pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution skillsExcellent English communication skills (verbal and written)Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environmentsPrior experience selling AI, automation, or conversational AI solutions is a plusHighly self-motivated, outcome-oriented, and capable of working autonomouslyWhat We Offer:-Competitive base salary with performance-linked incentivesOpportunity to work with a fast-growing AI SaaS companyExposure to cutting-edge AI chat and voice agent technologyDynamic, collaborative, and high-ownership work environmentClear growth opportunities within the sales organization
