Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Export SalesJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Export Sales to lead international market expansion and drive export revenue growth. The role involves developing overseas markets, managing key international clients, handling export operations, and executing global sales strategies.Key Responsibilities1. International Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new export markets and customer segments.Appoint and manage overseas distributors, agents, and channel partners.Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies.2. Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve export sales targets and profitability goals.Handle RFQs, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.Prepare annual export sales forecasts and budgets.Monitor receivables and ensure timely payment collection.3. Key Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with international clients.Manage large/key export accounts and ensure repeat business.Visit overseas customers and participate in international trade fairs (as required).4. Export Operations & ComplianceOversee export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC documentation, etc.).Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company policies.Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth order execution.Manage shipment planning and ensure on-time delivery.5. Reporting & StrategyAnalyze sales data and market trends to improve performance.Submit monthly/quarterly performance reports.Recommend pricing, product positioning, and expansion strategies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).5–8 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business.Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and LC documentation.Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
