Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing) | NilTechNilTech is seeking a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants to clients, staffing partners, and implementation vendors across the United States.Location: Nagole, Hyderabad (Strictly Onsite)Experience: 1–3+ YearsWork Timings: US ShiftOnboarding: Immediate joinees will be preferredKey Responsibilities:Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, and US Citizens) to prospective clients and vendor partnersSource and secure requirements from Tier-1 vendors, prime vendors, and direct clientsManage the complete recruitment cycle, including resume submissions, interview coordination, and offer closuresNegotiate pay rates and manage contract terms for C2C, W2, and contract-to-hire engagementsMaintain accurate candidate records and provide regular pipeline updates to managementBuild and nurture long-term relationships with vendors and implementation partnersRequired Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in US IT Bench SalesStrong understanding of US visa categories and employment tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)Proficiency with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedInExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently in a target-driven environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation with performance-based incentivesSupportive and growth-oriented work cultureInterested candidates may apply directly or send their resume to
