Position Overview We are seeking a strategic Sales Operations Director with 10+ years of experience in building scalable sales systems and CRM infrastructure. This is not a direct sales role. The focus is on strengthening sales infrastructure, CRM architecture, reporting frameworks, and operational processes to drive scalable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Build and scale robust sales operations systems and frameworks Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting reliability within CRM systems Build and scale sales processes for long-term scalability Standardize workflows, SOPs, and pipeline management structures Lead CRM implementation, enhancements, and system integrations Drive automation and operational efficiency across sales teams Provide leadership and oversight to Sales Operations teams Core Qualifications and Competencies 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or RevOps Strong expertise in CRM strategy, configuration, and data governance Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools) Deep understanding of pipeline tracking and forecasting models Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate data into strategic business insights Experience optimizing sales processes for scalability Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in high-growth or startup environments Exposure to global or remote sales teams Background in revenue operations strategy Experience building Sales Ops functions from scratch Why This Opportunity 100% remote role Opportunity to work with a global team Collaborative and performance-driven culture High-impact leadership role shaping scalable sales infrastructure
