We specialize in high-quality, strategic communication design that helps businesses engage audiences, influence decisions, and elevate their professional brand presence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for our clients and ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main client contact for assigned accounts.Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.Coordinate with designers, motion graphics team, and strategy team.Ensure timely project delivery with quality control.Should have prior experience in team handling and driving team performance.Manage client feedback and revisions effectively.Conduct regular client check-ins and build strong relationships.Track project timelines and ensure smooth workflow.Maintain documentation and reporting of projects.Required SkillsStrong communication & client handling skills.Experience managing corporate/B2B clients.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of presentation design/creative workflow (preferred)Problem-solving mindset.
