You will own the entire sales cycle from strategic prospecting and executive discovery to solution consulting, negotiation, and enterprise-level deal closure.This is a quota-carrying, revenue-focused role that requires consultative selling, strong cybersecurity domain understanding, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and close enterprise deals end-to-end (ACV-focused selling)Drive new enterprise logo acquisition across the USLead high-value discovery calls with CISOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, and security leadersManage complex sales cycles involving technical evaluations, POCs, procurement, legal, and InfoSec reviewsBuild tailored enterprise proposals aligned with compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)Develop account penetration strategies for multi-product adoptionForecast accurately and report pipeline health to Sales LeadershipMaintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility in HubSpotCollaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue expansionBuild long-term strategic relationships within key enterprise accountsRequired Qualifications & Skills3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experienceProven experience selling cybersecurity or developer-focused SaaS productsDemonstrated success closing enterprise deals in US or European marketsExperience managing ACV-driven revenue targetsStrong understanding of enterprise cloud environments and application securityAbility to navigate multi-threaded sales cycles and influence C-level stakeholdersExperience handling RFPs, InfoSec reviews, and enterprise procurement cyclesProficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platformsStrong executive presence and crisp articulationExcellent negotiation and objection-handling skillsResearch-driven approach to account targeting and territory planningWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently achieving or exceeding quarterly enterprise revenue targetsBuilding a predictable, high-quality enterprise pipelineEstablishing Astra as a trusted cybersecurity advisor within enterprise accountsDriving expansion revenue through multi-product adoptionWe Offer:Adrenalin rush of being a part of a growing companyHolistic understanding of SaaS and enterprise cloud security businessOpportunity to engage and collaborate with developers globallyExperience with security side of thingsAnnual trips to beaches or mountainsOpen and supportive culture Agile working environment
