We are hiring!Position: Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) – General Trade, Consumer Care DivisionLocation: Delhi NCR (Noida), NorthReporting To: Regional Sales ManagerIndustry: FMCGJob Purpose:The ZSM, based in Delhi NCR (Noida), leads a few states (DL, HR, PB, HP, J&K & RJ) end to end. The role is accountable for delivering results, building a strong bench for the future, and creating clear direction for the team.The ZSM turns strategy into action on the ground — driving sales growth, expanding distribution and fixing execution or compliance gaps. The role is about building capable teams, strengthening channel relationships, and ensuring plans actually translate into results.The ZSM sets targets, reviews performance regularly, tracks competition, uses data to make better decisions, and keeps pushing for steady improvement across the zone. What are we looking for?We are looking for a strong people leader with solid FMCG sales experience, ideally in Personal Care. The person should think strategically but focus sharply on execution.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are important, along with high ownership, result focus, and the ability to work well with stakeholders.Eligibility Criteria7–12 years of FMCG experience (preferably non-food categories). ASM experience is a must. (Delhi, Punjab experience preferred)Strong exposure to General Trade (GT) businessExperience in HO Trade Marketing preferredCurrent or prior exposure to a ZSM role preferred
