This fast track program is geared towards those that are SALES-DRIVEN, GOAL-ORIENTED AND MONEY-MOTIVATED individuals.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end Business development, Lead generation or New client acquisition for US Staffing / recruitment and executive search services across the US market.Sell Executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities.Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region.Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients (Small-market to Mid-market)Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Leaders, Founders, CXOs, and Business HeadsPitch recruitment solutions including Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, and Niche MandatesWork closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat businessTrack pipeline, forecasts, and closures with structured reportingStay updated on industry hiring trends, talent demand, and market intelligenceDesired Profile:2–6 years of experience in Lead generation / Business development with-in US staffing or US market for New-Client Acquisition / Sales within:Recruitment agenciesExecutive search firmsStaffing / Engineering consulting companies, E.g.: Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic etc. domain.Proven ability to acquire new clients in the US recruitment marketStrong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, fee structures, and hiring modelsExperience selling to US corporate, MNCs, GCCs, or fast-growing startupsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-ownership roleGood to Have:Existing HR / CXO network across one or more industriesExperience handling retained or leadership hiring mandatesExposure to sectors such as Engineering, GCCs, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, or ServicesYour Earning Opportunities:Performance-Based Variable Earnings:One time payment of 2% will be made from the Fee the collected from the each client.Earn Rs 500/- for each qualified job orders you successfully posted to the ATS, Approved by the Account Managers – your efficiency directly boosts your income!Receive Rs 1,000/- for every successfully agreement signed for a client on-boarding – your success in matching talent earns you more!Stable Base Salary: Enjoy a reliable monthly income ranging from Rs 25,000/- to Rs 27,000/-, tailored to your experience and expertise.Placement Incentives: Secure a placement, and you'll be rewarded with a one time payment of 2% of the fee collected from the client - bonus – your contribution to our team's success is highly valued.Ideal For:Business Development professionals currently working with Small to mid-sized US recruitment firmsConsultants looking to move from delivery to client-facing revenue rolesAmbitious sales professionals who want faster growth and high visibility
